Positive: Close to where we were traveling to

Negative: Did not like check in with hotel because I booked thru Booking. Com they kept saying my reservation was denied They ran transaction three times and it was declined. Hotel kept saying I had to contact Booking. Com directly. My husband and myself tried to look thru booking.com app to see if we did anything wrong. It stated we had a reservation and it was paid in full. We went back to front desk and had another employee run the card and reservation and it finally went thru with no issues. Not sure I’d stay here again due to all the problems
